Do you have a webshop connected to Odoo? Then you know how quickly things go wrong when the connection is not set up properly. One of our clients was using Shopify, but the btw (Dutch VAT) codes were configured incorrectly. The result: invoices carrying the wrong btw rates, and a potential risk for OSS (One Stop Shop) returns.
Odoo's standard functionality is slow
To correct an error, you first have to set the invoices back to Draft. But Odoo only lets you do that one invoice at a time. When you are dealing with tens, hundreds or even thousands of invoices, that costs hours. Or days. Certainly in e-commerce, where the volumes add up fast.
Our solution: reset invoices to draft in bulk
That is why we added a dedicated button to Odoo: Bulk reset to draft. One click, and every selected invoice is back in draft. From there you can correct the wrong btw codes in one pass and replace them with the right OSS codes. No more manual work. No risk of errors. No frustration.
